Home/Services/Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy, at home.

Rebuild strength, balance, and confidence after surgery, injury, or illness — with a licensed physical therapist who comes to you.

What this service does.

Our licensed physical therapists design a personalized program to restore strength, balance, mobility, and endurance right where you'll use them most: at home. Sessions combine hands-on therapy with guided exercise, fall-risk reduction, and practical training on stairs, transfers, and walking aids.

Because therapy happens in your real environment, progress translates directly into daily life — getting to the bathroom safely, climbing your own stairs, walking to your own mailbox.

What's included

  • Personalized strength, balance & gait training programs
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation (joint replacement, cardiac, spine & more)
  • Fall-risk assessment and prevention in your actual home
  • Advanced modalities including functional electrical stimulation (FES)
  • Walker, cane & equipment fitting and training
  • Home exercise programs your family can help with
Real-Life Examples

When families need this.

01

After a Joint Replacement

A new knee or hip needs consistent, correct rehab. Your PT guides recovery week by week — no driving to appointments while you heal.

02

After a Stroke

Regaining movement takes specialized, persistent work. Our PTs use techniques like functional electrical stimulation to help retrain muscles and rebuild function.

03

After a Fall — or a Close Call

One fall doubles the risk of another. Your PT strengthens what's weak, fixes what's hazardous at home, and rebuilds the confidence to move.

04

You finish with a maintenance program and the independence to keep going.

From a Real Family

The exercises are equally rigorous, but they're practiced in the exact environment where you live — which is where falls and struggles actually happen.

Yes — physician-ordered home PT is covered by Medicare and most plans; most of our Medicare patients pay $0 out of pocket.
